How to clean AC blower wheel without removing

Ac blower wheels are typically used for drying harvested buds. After gathering the buds, they must be dried properly before storing them in jars. This can be done using air blowers that blow out warm air over the buds for several days until they are dehydrated. However, if not removed from the equipment, they could potentially damage the compressor motors and other components. To avoid this, remove the blower wheel and replace it after cleaning.

I recently bought some used equipment, and I got this Ac Blower Wheel from a friend that he was going to throw out. I thought this was cool, so I asked him if it would work for me to use in my vape pen. He told me it was just a standard Ac blower wheel (the same one he had), but he did have a replacement Ac blower wheel that came with it. After getting the replacement Ac blower wheel, I noticed the old one still worked fine! So I decided to try cleaning it off and using it instead of the new Ac blower wheel. Here are the results!

How to Clean Your AC Blower Wheel Without Removing It takes about 5 minutes and is very easy.

This process shows a step-by-step guide to cleaning your air conditioning blower wheel without taking off the entire unit. It removes dust and debris from the fan blades, keeping them free of obstructions to allow maximum airflow. In addition, this allows the unit to use its maximum available power. The air conditioning unit is meant to be working at its most efficient speed, so it is essential to perform maintenance tasks that require access to the fan blades.

Many people can't remember where the air conditioner control panel is, so we point it out as we go. First, we explain the purpose of each part, including the door switch, circuit breaker, thermostat, compressor, and condenser coil. Next, we show how to check electrical connections, replace filters, adjust the cooling controls, and replace light bulbs. Each step has a corresponding picture and quick description. So let's begin.

We start by closing the door to the room. Then we turn off the compressor's electricity, preventing possible damage. Next, we disconnect the wires leading to the old air conditioner from the transformer, lay the new one on top of the old one, and put some tape around those wires. After that, we connect the new electric lines to the latest equipment and turn the electricity back on. Once the electricity is on, we open the window and turn on the fan to eliminate all the smoke before connecting to the new air conditioner.

Steps:

1. Remove any dirt from the underside of the blower wheel using a brush or vacuum cleaner. If this isn't possible, use a water hose to wet the wheel.

2. Using an air compressor with a high-pressure air outlet (such as a shop or home pneumatic), blow off the dust, debris, and other particles from the surface of the blower wheel.

3. After blowing out the particles, spray the entire surface of the blower with mineral oil, then wipe off any excess oil with your finger. This step might not be necessary if the wheel was previously cleaned using a professional machine shop.

4. Reassemble the blower wheel into position and test its operation to ensure it's working correctly.
